SPAULDING HILL WETLANDS CONSERVANCY
This property sits along 3,500 feet of Silver Creek/Sunnyside wetland shoreline. It was managed as a bison farm from the early 1980’s until it became a Conservancy in 2024. The shoreline of the property is primarily open wetland. Also on the property are mature oaks and small stands of red pine and white spruce. It is open to the public year-around for low-impact recreational use, with hiking trails through the property and a kayak launch on Silver Creek.
