Buckthorn Cleanup on Conservancy Properties

The Green Team is ready to tackle another year of fall buckthorn removal on Saturday mornings. This fall is the team’s 12th year cleaning up various Conservancy properties. Everyone is welcome to participate in the work and the fun! The team will be working each and every Saturday morning this fall until the weather shuts them down. Work site locations will vary from week to week. GEAR TO BRING: Be sure to wear long pants and sleeves, as well as leather gloves and solid shoes, to each cleanup event. Anyone with access to chainsaws is encouraged to bring them along to aid in the buckthorn removal.
